We had one this morning. They told me that LO is very patient and has no issues with sharing with her classmates! What?!

We had one. It wasn't at all what I expected. M is the darling of her class and the little class mama, while with Lala we had some issues to figure out...

I like conference time-- especially the stories! The teacher said LO apologizes so sincerely and profusely when she is corrected. Also she gave me a reminder about how they use positive discipline at school--I am hoping they aren't implying anything about us because I like to think I am positive as well--meaning, we haven't needed to spank and we rarely give time outs with a lot of explanation time. Also LO 'reads' books while everyone is causing a ruckus around her during free time and she tells them to Go away! At home, LO's enthusiasm for books is lukewarm so that surprised me. Isn't it interesting how our kids are such different people at school and how that can influence our perception of them?

@808love: Yes, so interesting! LO's teacher mentioned that she is an observer that likes to jump in slowly and we nodded in agreement.
They also told me she hates sandwiches and loves quesadillas...lol!
