With a 14 month old and a new one on the way in March, DH and I are considering getting some part-time help. My cousin's live-in is available from 9:30-2:30 for us since her kids are in school, we'd prefer to use her since she's been with the family for a long time and is trusted.

If you have help part-time, what are their duties? Light cleaning? Feeding/playing with the older kid? I am a control freak so I want to make all LO1's meals and play with him and tend to all LO2's needs as well - help me delegate!
