i know a lot of brides do the PWC (post wedding chop)... any mamas do a post baby chop?
i'm thinking about it. my hair grows so fast, i did the pwc after years of having long hair; chopped off 13 inches! it grew back in a year tho..

I did it! It actually wasn't as drastic as I imagined (my PWC was VERY drastic).

My hair grows so slowly that unless I want short hair for 5 years, I should think twice before cutting it...

I didn't .... but I'm thinking about it soon. Ive been growing it and soon will have it long enough to donate. Lo is finally getting out of the stage where I feel like she'll grab my hair constantly so I don't need it in a pony anymore, but I'm still worried about being able to style it if I cant just throw it in a pony. We'll see.

I’m growing out my inverted bob right now so that I can just pull it up after LO is born. I’m really hoping that I don’t have a ton of hair loss.

I'm considering one after #2 is born! ACtually thinking about a pre-PBC!

@mrsjyw: creepy maybe, but I totally remember your PWC from WB.
I did cut my hair after the baby, but I got my PWC while pregnant so I just made it easier to wash and go after the baby:)

I actually grew my hair out so I could pull it back in a ponytail because LO is a major hair grabber.

I had one right a few weeks before I went into labor, and boy was it much needed. My hair grew so much during my pregnancy, and it needed to go.

I had a major PBC at 6 weeks post partum--cut off 12 inches to donate! I didn't lose a ton of hair even though everyone told me to expect it, but it felt so much healthier and was still long enough for a ponytail.

Yes, because I lost a lot of hair post partum and I needed to clean it up!

I did at 6 weeks pp and donated to locks of love. I completely regret it but it was SOOO hot in Georgia and I was dying.
*sorry if the pictures are huge...I'm posting from my phone and can't really tell.
(on my due date, trying to walk myself into labor)
