Has anyone ever been treated for pcos with an anti-androgen medication? I just heard about it this weekend for the first time and I'm interested in hearing how/if it worked.

I was prescribed one, but never actually took it. I was prescribed it for physical reasons (hair/skin) amd then decided against it!

Are you trying to regulate your cycle? Or deal with a PCOS side effect?
I've heard anti androgens can mess up your cycle?

@wheres_c: I was trying to find ways to balance everything out so that my body functions like normal. I've never heard anything about them at all until this weekend.
I didn't realize they're used for hair/skin, which is maybe why I wasn't prescribed one?
