How much is your insurance carrier's negotiated rate for sick & well visits before you meet your deductible?

Aca should make annual/ required visits free. So you would be paying for appointments above and beyond the annual exams.

our well visits are covered. sick visits depend on the issue but are roughly $125 for his pediatrician.
