My mom's birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I want to get her something personalized from DD. Im thinking cute jewelry with DDs birthstone, picture gifts, etc.
I'm hoping for something with a semi-quick turn around time if it has to be ordered online, but isn't necessary. I'd be ok giving her a super awesome gift a few days late.

I gave my MIL a personalized mug from shutterfly for her last birthday. It has a great picture of her and DS at the zoo. She absolutely loves it. It's useful, too, since she loves coffee.

I love the Origami Owl jewelry We gave my mom a locket for Mother's Day that had LO's birthstone in it and well as mine and my brother's, plus a shamrock charm (we're Irish) and an apple (she's a teacher.) And we'll add a new charm when our next LO is born.

@locavore_mama: I'd say I spent about $70, but it could add up to more or less depending on the size you want and if you choose a locket with crystals on it or not.
