Do you recommend registering for a Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag or one of these? I love the classic gray look. http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/gray-classic-mom-diaper-bag/?cm_src=AutoCSLPIP

I like the way the grey one looks but I think the PPB bags are wipeable and easier to clean?
I like Skip Hop bags!

Well, I'm not a fan of the PPB prints so for me, the grey bag is a definite winner, but even aside from that, I just think it's a classier looking bag than anything I've seen from PPB.

I have (had? I still own it but don't use it) the PBK bag, and it was so uncomfortable. I don't like PPB's prints though. Have you seen the Ju Ju Be diaper bags? After going through 5 bags, that's what I landed on and I LOVE mine. There are several of us here with them, and that's who suggested them to me

With my first I bought a PPB bag and didn't like it. It's cute but too small for cloth diapers and being packed for the whole day. I never used it much. I just bought the pottery barn bag you show pictured only in navy and I haven't used it yet but the pockets are more flexible and that makes it a lot more practical for me. It also seems much easier to clean and is a little more masculine for my husband and little boy on the way.

I have a PPB and I love it- baby's not here yet so I've been using it as a travel bag which is great because it doesn't scream diaper bag, whereas the pottery barn one looks more like a traditional diaper bag in my opinion. That said though, I also don't like 90% of the PPB prints, but I do love the print I have, so as long as there's one print you like, you're good, but if you prefer the classic grey, then the pottery barn bag is the one for you

If at all possible, I would try to see each one in person. Some people love diapers bags that I've tried and don't like, and vice versa.
I have a PPB and like it because it looks like a large purse and isn't as large/cumbersome and diaper-bag-looking as some other bags. I don't run the risk of knocking over other people's drinks at restaurants with the PPB; can't say the same for some of the other larger bags
My main concerns with the bag you posted would be whether it would be hard to keep clean, being both a light color and a cotton twill fabric.

I have a PPB Scout bag (the daddy version), but it looks like they don't sell it anymore. I love that it can be a backpack or shoulder bag and it has a neutral look (I am also not a fan of the PPB patterns).
For the next baby, I am going to use my PPB Scout for long outings or traveling and on a daily basis, I plan to use my Madewell tote with a skip hop clutch inside.

I don't like my PPB Boxy Backpack. I use my Skip Hop much more often.
