Please give your input! Should I go with one of these three options or should I substitute something? If so, please offer suggestions! Shoot is at sunset in a park-like green-brown area in SoCal. I love blue, but want to make sure we have a pop color...
(My pants are navy, not black.)
Eta: could do necklace (prob coral) instead of scarf, but I'm worried that will make me too plain...

I voted for the second option, but I would not wear the scarf. It will compete for *visual interest* in the photographs with your LO's shirt. I would choose another accessory instead.

@Leialou: I'm not either...I just felt like I need to tie the core together...and it has these tiny spots of pink. I do have this necklace, but it's kind of bold for me...(I'll post pic in a sec)

I like the "salmon" shorts! I'm not a huge summer scarf fan either. What about a coral/pink/salmon necklace?

@Mrs Green Grass: Try Target! I think you should stay simple with your shirt. LO's is busy and DH's has a pattern, so I think a solid is perfect for you. Is that an outfit you feel nice/pretty/comfortable in? That's the most important thing!

I voted 2! I think the salmon shorts are too bright with the rest if the choices. They could be a focal point with the rest of the color palette. I also like the scarf, but think a necklace would be good. Bring both and get some shots with the scarf and see if you like it.

I'd try New York & company or even F21 for a big coral statment necklace.

What do we think of this? I added an aqua layer to get the blue I wanted, diff white top, and coral wedges and a bracelet...what should I keep/delete? I love the shoes, but might feel like sandals are more appropriate since the boys are wearing shorts (which I could revise...).

I've done lots of photo shoots of people in white and it's never been a problem. I would do original white shirt with blue tank underneath, jeans, coral necklace & wedges! It's a t-shirt and jeans, so even with the necklace and wedges it doesn't look too dressed up.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: I don't think I can find a more coral shirt for ds, but he does have coral shorts... I can put dh in a solid blue shirt. And then for me, I could wear pink, but then if have to change bottoms, so I was hoping a textured white with color under would work.

@Mrs Green Grass: you could put DH in a solid navy shirt, but I wouldn't do anything with a lot of pattern since DS has a lot going on.
