DH's job always celebrated Pi day with a big spread of different pies at "snack time" (3pm). I was thinking of baking a pie today as well. I kind of still have time to do it ...

@Boogs: yeah... sadly it's just how his job is. He teaches three night classes a week and they're not over until 10pm. So he doesn't get home until around 10:30, sometimes 11 if he has stuff to catch up on.
Thankfully this quarter is almost over and next quarter he's only teaching two nights a week! -

Love it! Looks delish. I didn't even know it was pi day. Funny enough I was using pi at work today. Man I really want some pie now.
