DS is having his 6th birthday party on August 3rd and we reserved some picnic shelters on the lake at an awesome county park. We're inviting kids from 7 and under, as young as 18 months, and also at least one teenager.
Any ideas for good picnic birthday party games for kids?

@Mrsbells: Haven't thought about music! Possibly, but I'd have to figure out logistics, cause I don't think we have portable speakers anywhere.

-First thing I thought of was "ants at a picnic" - maybe you could find some toy ants online, and incorporate that into a game, somehow? A scavenger hunt around the park might be fun.
-Water balloon toss
-Potato sack/three legged race
-Something including watermelons? Depending on how many guests you have, you could use edible paint and the kids could draw faces on mini watermelons. Or you could have a watermelon roll relay
-Tug of war
-Ring toss
-Giant Bubbles

The ants is cool...I might figure out something with that.
I thought of giant bubbles, too...I'll have to work on perfecting those!

Corn hole!! Fun for all ages, just move the boards closer for younger kids.
Bring twister outside on the grass?
Small water guns? A piñata is a great idea. Some kind of ring toss or horseshoes? Lawn bowling?
