I love pinterest and have found a lot of inspiring and generally awesome stuff.
but sometimes there are bizarre ideas. I saw this today and just had a blank stare trying to understand how anyone thought this was a "great idea"!

@petunia354: I'm not sure what's worse... the fact that someone took a pic and pinned it themselves calling it a great idea, or the fact that othes repinned it saying the same thing...

My favorite was the one going around that said if you sprayed this weird concoction of several kitchen things including brown sugar and honey on wet hair that your hair would magically dry straight and frizz free... I wish I knew how many people fell for that. It was repinned so many times!

I find some of the beauty tips hilarious. Like... the other day I saw one about drinking a honey/cinnamon mix every day would help you lose weight. Googled it and it was BS, just like I thought.

@zippylef: I've read that raw honey/cinnamon is a natural cold and allergy buster. but that's at least been proven. I did see that one and highly doubted it. of course it was pictured with a skinny lady with abs.
