I thought I had seen a post about this a while ago - but could not find it by searching :-(.
Is anyone going to do this or have you? I may be going crazy because it sounds a bit weird but reading all the benefits it has, I am a little interested and its not that expensive..

Since writing that post, we've decided against it. I definitely think it is worth trying, though, if your budget permits. There's no harm (and it's not gross, just like a vitamin).

As a doula, I offer placenta encapsulation as a service to my clients.
And yes, I will most certainly be encapsulating my own placenta, although my husband will be the one doing the actual work. I can give any needed instructions comfortably from bed.

My friend did it, and swears by it. I thought it was a little bit much.
