OK ladies, I need some mommy advice here.
So LO started to get sick on Tuesday. I stayed home from work with her Tuesday and Wednesday. I had an appt Tuesday for myself and our doc looked at her and thought it was just viral. Wednesday it was worse and I brought her into urgent care because I couldnt get an appt. Military hospital and budget cuts means ONE stinking doctor for all of urgent care. Waited forever, and then the doc came in and said it was a blocked tear duct and a sinus infection. He spent maybe all of two mins with us and then rushed back off. No meds. Said just let it work itself out.
Im not convinced. He barely looked at her. She has sooooo much yellow goop coming out of her eyes. However, her whites of the eyes arent pink, but the lower lids are. Thinking I may take her back in tonight. He cleared her to go back to daycare. Will feel so awful if I just exposed all her kids in daycare. I know google is not a doctor but everything says pink eye online. Except for her whites not being pink, but her lower lids are like they say. With her cold symptoms it sounds like what they call Viral pink eye.

Any moms with an experience like this, or Pink eye with not pink in the white part of the eyes? Or was the too busy to take his time Doctor correct and its a blocked tear duct? Thanks for taking the time to read my rambles. Just freaking out a bit because we are going on Vacation tomorrow for 10 days. Feel so horrible to have her travel like this when she is so miserable.
