When I was on BC, I had CM every single day except when I was on my period.
This is my first month off BC in 13 years. I am now on CD 7, 3 full days past the end of my period, and I have absolutely no CM.
Is this normal? Did this type of change happen to anyone else?
Insight would be appreciated!

I honestly don't remember what my CM was like while on birth control. But off BC, CM is usually dry right after AF and then starts showing up a bit closer to ovulation. You'll have to see if you get more throughout your cycle. Mine also seems more scant the first couple cycles off birth control.

When I was on BC, I was pretty dry down there. I definitely notice CM now that I'm no longer on BC. (I've been BC free for about 1.5 years now.)
It did take me about 3-5 months after going of BC to get a normal cycle.
Since you it's only been one month, maybe your body is still adjusting.
