I had mine encapsulated. I have experienced issues with anxiety in the past and wanted to have all options available to me if I had postpartum anxiety/depression. I just had my LO 11 days ago and so far haven't had any issues. I'm not taking the pills every day so I'm not sure if they really help but it we worth the cost to me just in case. I think they will be helpful when I return to work.
