I know some people don't really chat after work if they have lo's they are running after, so I thought I'd start the chat thread early!
What's up? Are you as excited as I am that tomorrow is Friday? Any big plans for the weekend?

I'm trying to HB with DS in my lap! I usually HB on my phone or wait until nap time but I realized I was gifted gold and couldn't wait! We're just hanging out. I am so glad it's almost the weekend!

LO is 18 months now so the picture of her birthday was a bit old and I didn't want my face on my avatar. On WB my avatar used to be my dog, so I found another picture to use here. LO is in the background on the swing but you can't see her.

1.5 hours left if work. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday. I only work a half day and I don't think I could take anymore!!!! Ahh!!

it's already friday here in New Zealand - such a good feeling! I'm just hanging out with LO watching tv, she's teething and incredibly cranky, the tv is distracting her for now.

We are making Salmon for dinner, although not sure how we want to cook it. The past few weeks, DH has covered it in garlic which I love, but I am ready for something new. I have a Balsamic Honey recipe that we also like.

Woo! We are going out of town this weekend for LOs Christening, so I don't know how well I'll be able to participate tonight. Lots of packing to do! Glad this chat is starting early.

@MediaNaranja: @highwire: That is kinda how DH usually makes it but with lots of fresh garlic. If I get home in time, I will put the balsamic on there.
I always have so much trouble with sides too! We typically do rice with fish. Lately LO has been just eating rice, so tonight I am going to try to give her a rice bowl with the rice, fish, and veggies mixed together.

I'm having an Origami Owl party at my house tomorrow and then Saturday DH leaves for a 3 week trip to the states. I think C and I are going to go to Framlingham Castle with my neighbor. Sunday will probably be a lazy day!

Good day ladies! So far it's been a pretty good day... if P would decide to fall asleep for her afternoon nap so I could finish cleaning it would be golden!
I wish I hadn't been reminded of daylight savings time though... I HATE daylight savings! It's not even the REAL time! lol. I'm always exhausted these days so I guess what's one less hour of sleep anyways?. lol Thankfully our church time isn't falling back so we still get our "extra" hour to rest & get ready! woot woot!

@T.H.O.U.: I think they're adorable. I got to see them in person when I booked mine, but my party isn't until tomorrow so I don't own one yet. The quality seems pretty good from what I've seen and heard from people I know that have one.

I have not been present at postathons in a while... something always seems to come up!! I'm home now and we're about to start the dinner and bedtime process, and I'm feeling a bit under the weather (STILL) and I think I might have a plugged duct. So chances are I'll miss it again....

Baby is asleep! HB is up! I'm nursing a burnt finger. I dropped a sweet potato in the oven and hit my hand against the side grabbing it. Ow!

Baby L is asleep in her crib! We'll see how long it lasts, but I'm glad we're finally getting to a stage where she'll go down at a reasonable hour. We have a big roadtrip next week though that I'm sure will throw a kink in everything...

Hello! DH is giving LO a bath after a horrible dinner (all she ended up eating was tofu, toast, blueberries and cheese. We managed to trick her into eating beans because they looked like the blueberries). I need to go do dishes though!
