It's a postathon day! What are you up to? Getting ready for a BIG holiday weekend?
I'm just working today (from home) and since it's a light day will probably do a few house chores at lunch time.

We are going to look at a truck today! We have been truck shopping for a while now and are looking at a used Ford F-150 supercrew with a 6.5 foot bed. Big ol' beast.
I wanted the space in the cab, he needs the space in the bed. We decided not to compromise and we're getting both.

@mrskansas: nice! That's awesome to hear! It's our first journey into the truck world so we are nervous and excited. Going from a compact car to this is going to be interesting.

@mediagirl: We went from a Ford Focus to that truck years ago when we were first married. I had a hard time learning to park it but now it's a piece of cake. It's my husband's primary vehicle now and I have an SUV but I still love to drive it occasionally.

I am sooo backed up on chores it's not even funny
But DH has been feeling neglected for some time (I was sick, then toddler, then me again), so I've been letting everything pile up!
My mom and I decided to not do anything for Mother's Day; best decision ever! We're going to my SIL's on Sat and probably just doing the "norm"; church & hang out on Sunday since the weather isn't even good.

wOot wOot! Just hanging out at home. We have guests coming to town tomorrow so I'm washing all the bedding today.

T has been out of school due to illness, today is her first day back. I'm just trying to catch up. I was feeling overwhelmed so I'm taking 15 to lie down. I finished the Handmaidens Tale on book on tape today.
