I was very nervous to start potty training when my LO is in daycare for 11 hours a day, but she's done really well so I thought I'd give an update on how things went! Just as an FYI, she will be three in November, so she's 2.75 I guess

On the first day, I emailed the school to let them know she would be arriving in panties that day (we had practiced the weekend before). I also sent extra panties and changes of clothes. I also left a note in her cubby for her teachers since she is dropped off before her normal teacher has arrived for the day.

We've been at it a little over a week, and each day she's had fewer accidents and fewer changes of panties/clothes. Yesterday she came home in the same outfit/undies as she was wearing in the morning so she didn't have any accidents all day!

Proud mommy over here! I'm glad things have been going well so far in this department. We are still doing diapers for naps and overnight, but she seems to be dry more and more frequently after sleeping, so we are working our way towards being totally diaper free. Yay!
