I just ran a mile without stopping. It took 12 minutes, but I still feel accomplished! I'm not the athletic type, but as we are starting our TTC journey, I am trying to make it a habit to workout 3x a week. Running when I can and incorporating workout videos when I feel up for a lil Jillian.
