We started LO with avocado and banana a few weeks ago and I'm ready to try some new foods with him, especially veggies. I cut a sweet potato into rounds and baked them but I must have overdone them because they dried out really fast. Could I steam a sweet potato instead? Any suggestions for other veggies to try and how to prepare them? We did try steamed carrots last week (and he loved them!) but he broke out in a rash not long after having them, so I'm going to hold off on those for a while.
