As you know we're moving, but the prek we are sending A to offers summer "camp" sessions. They are three weeks long m-f 10am-4pm. You can participate any number of days that you want but you pay the full session up front. They also offer before and after care if you need it.

Yep, it's a camp session for about 3 hours per day.

Our current school, which we started last summer at age 2, goes year-round. It is only half-day mornings and you can choose the number of days a week that you want. We are going to continue there through this summer 2 days a week.

Our current preschool has a camp, but they don't let you pay week by week (ie, you can't take a week off when you go on vacation). This kind of irritates me since it's only a 5 week program - we'd miss at least 20% of the days. But I kind of need my 4 year old to go, both for consistency and my own sanity. So we'll see. Maybe I'll send her 2 mornings instead of 3 and we'll do ballet/gymnastics the third day instead.
