I'm not usually into following celebrity styles but looking at pics from the royal family's down under trip makes me want to get those adorable outfits for my LO. Love the sailboat smock and wish it wasn't so expensive at $129!! Anyone else buy expensive outfits for their LO?

I buy my girl LO discounted smocked stuff online. But I'm not a huge fan of smocking on boys.

I've been enjoying seeing their trip to Australia - very cute! I love the Royal family, they're so down to earth and just practically perfect in every way.
oh and no, I definitely do not splurge on my infant's clothes haha.

Yes, I found myself saying ”LO doesn't have nearly enough smocking in his wardrobe!” But I'd never spend nearly that much on his clothing!

@silver1: He was recently photographed wearing an outfit by Rachel Riley and we have a dress for LO by the same designer that I got off of My Habit for $30! I would never pay $129 for an outfit for her.

Smocking is really cheap on Zulily. I see a ton of smocking where I live!

I loved smocking a lot more before I had LO than I do now. It's funny, smocking just seemed so perfectly "classic baby" (for boys and girls) but now that I know MY baby, I like to dress her in clothes that better represent her sassy personality.
Having said that, I do have some really sweet smocked outfits that I got on sale or at my shower.
