Last year before I got pregnant I attended the "Biggest Baby Shower" with one of my friends. When we got back we were going through our "swag bags" and noticed it looked like someone had looted mine. Easily a quarter of the stuff she received I did not. It wasn't a HUGE deal, so I was going to just let it go. But I got an email asking to complete a survey reviewing my experience and I mentioned it.

Got an email back a few days later apologizing and asking if I would accept $50 in gift cards to giggle.com because that should NOT have happened.

Then I won an additional $25 gift card just for filling out the survey in the first place, haha, so I had $75 to giggle.com.

Most of the stuff on their site wasn't really useful to me so I decided to wait till I was pregnant again and use them towards a Mamaroo since I really wanted one.

Once I got pregnant I kept my eyes peeled for a coupon code I could use on it but EVERY SINGLE ONE excluded the damn mamaroo! I finally just bought it last week since I'm due at the end of the month...and got an email asking to fill out a survey about my experience.

Again, I was honest. Their site is nice, easy to navigate, but it sucks that they seem to exclude all the "big name" brands from ALL of their coupons!

Just got an email saying they'd like to give me a $40 gift card (20% of the price of the swing) as an apology for always excluding the products I was interested in from their coupon codes.

I will NEVER ignore a request to fill out a survey again. Ever.
