DD is almost 3 months old and I went back to work last week. I intended to pump three times per day - once in the morning, at lunchtime and once in the afternoon. Because of my crazy work day, I've only been pumping once in the morning and once in the afternoon. So far, I've been keeping up with my LO's intake. I make about 15-16 ounces in two pumping sessions and I send her to daycare with four 4-oz. bottles.
Were you able to get away with pumping less often during your work day? I am away from my LO for about 11 hours during the day. I want to try to make it to one year of breastfeeding. And I have a pretty big stash right now (at least 100 ounces or so), so if she eats more one day than I pump, it's no big deal.
