I've had 2 back to back chemical pregnancies now. The first one in February was straightforward where I had some positive HPTs, started bleeding 6 days later, and only 3 days after that had a negative test. I conceived again 3 weeks later...

The bleeding from the 2nd chemical pregnancy started on 3/16 and lasted for only 3 days. But now I'm bleeding AGAIN 21 days later.

So my main question is, could this be my period after only 3 weeks?

Here's some back story if you want it, because it's been a little nuts:

I had negative HPTs prior to the bleeding on 3/16, so I thought the bleeding was AF arriving late. A week later I actually got a BFP after getting a positive OPK. They wanted to monitor my hcg because of the bleeding that I had, and sure enough the levels were going down slowly. From that and an empty uterus on u/s they concluded the bleeding from the week before was an early m/c. They diagnosed it as a "complete abortion" that occurred on 3/16 at about 4w5d or so. On another note, I had signs of ovulation the same day I had a positive HPT (3/24), which now I realize was CD 9. At the time I ignored it because I thought I was pregnant. That day my hcg was 228, so I'm not sure if it's possible that I ovulated or not. Regardless, here I am on CD 21 with period-like bleeding. My hcg yesterday was 10. I am really hoping this is a real period, but am concerned that it could be more m/c bleeding.

Any ideas? I'm hoping hoping hoping it's a real period because we don't want to wait another cycle to TTC again!
