I am 7DPO and this morning I got a huge temp spike. This afternoon I went to the bathroom and noticed some creamy CM and brown spotting. I'm also a little crampy today like I would if AF was coming.

My question is, does AF usually come after your temps start to drop or can it come after such a huge spike. Trying not to get too excited or too discouraged. Why are PMS and early pregnancy symptoms the same!?
