Is that a real thing? If it is, does it feel like period cramps?

Mine are definitely real. But more like quick sharp pinches than the dull ache of period pain.

I got them. I don't think mine felt like period cramps ... It was more like a pencil poking one side of my stomach.

I get the stab or poking on my right side. Not exactly a cramp, but an on again off again pain

I always had them! They felt like a pinching/throbbing.

I have them, but they only started after my pregnancy. Also I never had menstrual cramps until after a pregnancy. Odd...

Not a period cramp for me. More the stabbing. Almost where my kidney would be and sharp yet dull pressure pain down there.

It was more of a stabbing pain. I don't get menstrual cramps.

@Mrs. Polish: mine feel like period cramps (my lower back aches, too) but I can feel a distinct throbbing on my sides if it's a month I am taking Clomid.

They don't feel like period cramps to me. It's more like a stabby pain around my hip.

I get them, but my is isolated to the one side and it's painful for about 12 hours. For me, they hurt more than period cramps.

Mine are sharper than period cramps - like others have mentioned.
