I think I'm 3 DPO and have started my vaginal suppositories. I have a couple of dumb questions so bear with me.

(1) I am supposed to use two capsules per day, one in the morning and one at night. What happens if I forget a dose? I ran out of the house this morning and forgot to put one in Do I double up in the evening or just use one? It's still really early so hopefully it doesn't affect anything at only 3 DPO.

(2) Do you lay down for 20-30 minutes after insertion like the directions say?
