Red raspberry leaf is rumored to help with labor I think? The others are for breastmilk production/increased supply.

Red raspberry leaf strengthens uterine tone. It's not believed to induce labor. Rather, it's believed to strengthen uterine muscles so that when one has contractions, they are strong and efficient (which could in turn mean a shorter labor).
I had a pretty fast labor with #2 and my contractions were insanely strong. While in labor (no meds) I was cursing myself for drinking so much red rasp leaf tea!!! LOL. Not sure if it played a part in it though since you tend to go faster with #2 anyway, but my contractions were extremely strong (stronger than with my first). I was so happy though to have had a short labor in the end!!! I drank 3-4 cups of iced red rasp leaf tea a day starting at Week 32. Some women start later though per their midwives/OB's. It's supposed to also help tone your uterus post-partm as well, but I was too busy drinking Mothers Milk tea and water to fit it in!

@eastcoaster: from what i've read online, it's mostly used in the late weeks of pregnancy for the reason i mentioned above (to strengthen uterine tone). i did read a little bit about ladies TTC who drank it in hopes of it thickening their uterine lining (to improve chances of successful implantation), but it was advised that they only drink it from CD1 to ovulation during their cycle. I also read that some women believe it helps them to regulate irregular periods so it might help in that sense too. However, all of this info isn't heavily evidence-based/researched, so just keep that in mind!
