I want to get some diapers for my DD's dolls and the ones designed for dolls are $$$!
Would real newborn diapers fit a doll? They are much cheaper!

I got some really cute felt ones that would be easy to make.
The problem with real ones is that kids like to taken them on and off a hundred times. So the stickiness on the sides gets used and you go through a ton of them. Re-usable ones are cheaper in the long run.

@Mamaof2: Yup. its just a single piece of thin felt cut out. Plus that way you can make the right size/shape for the babies you have.

@looch: I thought about this too, even to buy something used (but not stained, yuck).

The problem I have is I never finish the crafts I start, so I am better off going disposable or premade cloth, lol.
I like the idea of felt though, you don't have to seam/serge.
