Hellobee Boards

We don't get trick or treaters (as you know) but if I were going to get them stuff, I would probably order from Oriental Trading Company. They have a huge selection of stuff that I would have thought was cool, even as an older kid!

I've thought about this too. A lot of the kids that come by are our neighbors and their friends, and they're on the older side (10-12, and some older teenagers with special needs still come by)

I'll probably try to go low allergen instead of non-food just because for teenagers, it's pretty much all about the treats. And I've heard them complain about their parents giving out non-candy snacks (like bags of goldfish or pretzels)

I had Halloween themed erasers last year. I liked that they were fun and useful.

I got candy corn sticker sheets from Oriental Trading. I will be giving them out to everyone - there's enough candy going around as it is and they were the same cost as candy.

For DS' class he will be giving out Halloween rubber duckies from OT.

I'm doing beanie babies. I have hundreds in storage from when my mom thought they would be worth something one day. Lol

We saved the many things we have received that are not age appropriate for our toddler. Like tiny toys from birthday goody bags, kid's meals, etc. We had less than a dozen kids come by last year, so I'm not planning to buy anything else.
