I actually found a bag that isn't a diaper bad in bluefly and it was clearance for $30. I love it and its something I will use post baby as well.
So I suggest looking at non-baby bag places cause you might be able to find something you love for cheaper! I also liked a lot of the selection at modcloth.

I have the same one as Ash and Rawrasaur (so pretty and so many pockets). Otherwise, I'd stay away from the $50 and under ones. A friend told me they don't last and you end up buying replacements, so there's no cost savings.

@Ash: Yeah, I was using the DiaperDude one, but it just wasn't big enough for most longer outings. The JJ Cole one is perfect.

I use a simple backpack and love it! Much roomier than many diaper bags and hands free.

@ladybee: I registered for it, didn't get it, but bought it later. I really like it. I see it as the affordable version of high end looking bags. It's got a ton of pockets, stylish, and cheap.

Here's my pic of the Carter's zip front bag. I love it. This bag and the Timi & Leslie bag I won I would recommend to anyone. My Carter's bag handled really well on our flights too.

@ladybee: I just received the Skip Hop Studio (your second link) at my shower yesterday. I like it but I obviously haven't used it yet. It gets such great reviews on Amazon though.
@Ash: @rawrasaur: I actually had that one on my registry for a while, but I was afraid it was too big to carry around every day. I guess my fears were unfounded! It's really pretty-- doesn't even really look like a diaper bag!

@Foodnerd81: That's what I liked about it! I went today and bought it... I couldn't get it outta my brain once I saw it! We're gonna cloth diaper so I thought the size would be a good thing to have anyways.
