I'm cleaning out all my old nasty makeup. I need a basic taupe-y eyeshadow with a hint of shimmer that can work for everyday as well as creating a smokey eye. I don't want to spend a lot of money. Recommendations?

I think elf makes some good product! I think Target carries it & it's dirt cheap!

I know I'm late to the party, but I HAVE to recommend Wet N Wild. It might seem crazy, but their eyeshadows are some of the best in the drugstore!
