Hellobee Boards

I use a backpack when we fly. I load it with smaller kits packed in ziplock bags so I can see what is in there without taking everything out.

@Beehive: I like that bag! We also use a Fjallraven product, the Kanken backpack. The shoulder straps aren't the most comfortable, but it usually hangs on the stroller. I can fit everything for DS into it and I like the style. It is also machine washable and I've had it for 3 or 4 years now and it is still in excellent shape.
