I really like tarte's c-brighter maracuja eye cream. It doesn't look like it's in the EWG database but the ingredients seem pretty natural.

I like using a "butter cream" from a handmade/natural company called Gudonya around my eyes. Its nice and thick and I feel like it leaves me really moisturized.

Check out dr. Hauschka. Not cheap, but great products. I use, and love, the daily revitalizing eye cream.
