My son is 7 months old and every night he wakes up soaked as he has peed through his diaper. Im wondering if he would actually sleep through the night if he wouldnt wake up soaked. Sometimes he's soaked just after 5 hours of sleep.
We are currently using pampers swaddlers but I was wondering if we should use a different diaper for overnight? Any suggestions?

We use Up & Up overnight diapers and haven't had any trouble. DD is also pretty prone to diaper rash (although it doesn't usually get really bad, but it doesn't take much for her to get a mild one) and we just lather her up with dipe cream before bed and the Up & Ups wick off of her really well even though the diaper is hugely soaked in the morning. She's 16 months old.

I just sized up our usual diapers (Luvs) for overnights for awhile, and now we're using Up & Up overnights in 1 size up.

It seems to me like the baby dry ones hold more overnight than the swaddlers. And they're cheaper too!

We size up and use an insert like a pad without the backing from Amazon.

Baby dry pampers work best for us! Huggies overnights leaked for some reason.

We have been using the Honest Overnights with very few leaks. My son is a heavy wetter at night.

Sounds like Huggies overnights in a size up is the most popular answer. I'll have to give those a try!

We ended up adding a diaper doubler liner b/c we couldn't find a diaper that wouldn't leak. We got these, and they worked great!

@renee0106: They truly helped. Like giant pads without the sticky waterproof side so that pee flows through to the diaper. You just have to be sure to position it well inside the diaper otherwise it draws the pee out!

Pampers Baby Dry, a size up. I'm sure the Huggies version of Baby Dry would work similarly and it just depends on which brand fits the shape of your kid a bit better!

At first we did pampers baby dry a size up, but that stopped working so now it's pampers cruisers size up!

Huggies overnights (I'm otherwise a pampers mom). My kids would pee through baby dry or pampers extra protection.
