We are transitioning our 6 month old LO out of his Merlin's Magic Sleep Suit and into a regular sleepsack. We loved the Halo swaddle sleepsacks when he was a tiny baby. Any recommendations for a sleepsack/wearable blanket? Our house is about 65 degrees at night during the winter so I'm wanting something that will keep him warm. I'm leaning toward the microfleece Halo sleepsack, just wondering if anyone has something else they'd recommend? Thanks!

I use the fleece Halo sleep sacks, but I've seen a sleep sack by carters that have the arms too. It's like a sleep suit I guess.

Another vote for baby DeeDee and DD2's big gift from Santa was a Merino Kids wool sleep sack, but she's still in the Merlin suit so we haven't tried it yet. If you aren't picky about the color/pattern, you can find "deals" on Amazon. I say "deals" because it's still pretty freaking expensive!
ETA: We also have a GroBag that I got on Gilt for DD1 that I liked a lot!

Baby deedee! Super thick and the shoulder snaps make it easy To get on and off a sleeping baby!

I have tons of sleep sacks, like every brand-- but my favorite winter sleep sack is our ikea sleep sack. I prefer it over our baby deedee.

We've tried many but we prefer Baby DeeDee for the snaps at the shoulders. They just make it so much easier to get it on and off. We have both the thicker and thinner versions for different times of year.
