Our LO was diagnosed with reflux last week and the doc did not say that she HAS to sleep on an incline, but said it may help. She's always slept in her pack n play (bassinet attachment) and sleeps really well so I don't want to put her in the rock n play because I've heard the rock n play to crib transition can really suck.
The last few days I've been putting a pillow under the "mattress" on one side of the pack n play to elevate one side for her naps, and she seems to like it... however I'm scared to do it at night when I can't keep an eye on her because I'm worried she'll scoot sideways and roll onto her stomach.
I've looked into the crib wedge which is supposedly safe-- but I worry that it would basically do the exact same thing as the pillow and be a roll hazard.
If you had a reflux baby... what did you do? Let them sleep flat? Rock n play? Pillow? Crib wedge? Other?
