If there are two adults in the car for a roadtrip, do one of you sit in the back with LO(s)? We always have one of us in the back with DD so far. But I get carsick easily and I can't make a peep while she's asleep. I'm thinking I'll start sitting in the front again soon. What do you do? Or when did you transition?

I stopped sitting in the back once DS was around 9 months. Sometimes if he was fussy when older, I would go back. With DD, once she was 3 months, I started sitting in the front again since there wasn't much room with two big car seats in the back.

we have always both sat in the front unless he fusses. we try and comfort from the front seat, which sometimes works but otherwise we have to pull over and whoever isn't driving climbs in the back. we both get carsick really easy so neither of us can sit in the back for long! luckily LO is pretty good at entertaining himself back there!

I never sit in the back bc it makes me sick. We've done 9+ hour trips multiple times.

We sit in the front unless he starts to lose it. We just pull over and one of us hops in the back for a while.

DH insisted I sit up front afte DD was a week old and I am so glad he did. She is totall fine back there and actually sleeps/entertains herself.

We both sit up front unless she throws a fit and then whoever isn't driving moves back there.

We haven't had a road trip since she was 7/8 weeks and I sat in the back because she still hated the car seat then. I am not planning on being in the back in Thanksgiving, unless she starts to freak out.

We've never had anyone in the back. Oh, just once, on the way home from the hospital.

I sat in the back until LO was close to a year old. With two kids in the back seat now, I stay up front. It's much easier on the stomach.
