My 4 month old has red patches behind her knees. When I look closely it seems like it might be her fat rubbing together on her legs causing her skin to peel off! What can I do? Is this normal??

It sounds like chaffing. I've use ointment and lotion to keep the skin moisturized. Could you use leggings to keep the chaffing from happening while it heals?
