Nursing baby to sleep. Then need to do bedtime for the older one. And then a well deserved glass of wine is awaiting for solo parenting on the weekend yet again.

I'm on partial bed-rest, so I am crashed out on my bed watching old episodes of Bones. We just finished dinner (homemade pizza) and I am wishing I had a piece of my birthday cake, but it is aaaallll the way downstairs!

Earlier I filled out thank you cards for our shower (that was in Feb!) and sent them off with birth announcements, haha. I just finished filling out our YNAB budget through the end of the month. Can you tell I'm doing all the boring chores while LO sleeps?

It was around midnight here when you posted this thread and we were asleep. But yesterday (Saturday) we had a barbeque and invited a few friends over. It was really lovely.
Right now (9.30am on Sunday), I am sitting on the sofa with a coffee while DH makes sausage sarnies; DD is taking her morning nap.

It's close to midnight and I'm working on a last minute side job project. I hope to finish the final part (1-2 hours) that will earn me somewhat big $$. Deadline is on Monday but got to finish tonight to give a buffer.
