My normally rough-n-tumble girl has become a DRAMA QUEEN when it comes to scrapes and bruises since last week. She had a real blister that she popped. I understand that probably hurt for a few days, but it's healed over and really shouldn't be painful after a week right? Then she got a couple of scrapes on her knees (through leggings, but no blood). It's been almost a week and it's FULL-ON crying waterworks and whining when she thinks of it, when she sees them, when they're covered in bandaids, when they're not covered in bandaids, etc. You get the gist. DH think it is just for attention at this point, but I don't know what to do. Bandaids, cleaning, covering them up, kissing "boo boo", ignoring, telling her it's ok, etc - nothing stops the hysterics when she thinks of any "boo boo".

Suggestions?
