Any theories on what will happen? Jesse is too hot to die!
My husband left this morning for a business trip & will be an hour behind me. I have to record it so we can watch together while we FaceTime, so I have to avoid social media while the show is on! Diehard fans over here

I wonder if that'll be the episode where he's given a face lift, renamed Hal and put into witness protection.

@lovehoneybee: wasn't there a movie with that plot line? Instead of witness protection I think the character kept getting a face change to protect his real identity while he kept stealing? Or killing?
I don't remember well. I saw it a very long time ago!

I forced myself to stay up so we could FaceTime and watch it. DH called me and said "you know how the show is 9/8 central? Uh guess what time zone I'm in!"
It aired AT THE SAME TIME. I DVRed it and he flipped on AMC at 9:50.
Now I have to wait!

@Shutterbug: That's funny. I am seriously obsessed with it. I was at a party yesterday and met someone who works for Terminex. I asked him if people actually cook meth in tented houses. Then I met someone who is a biologist and starting talking to him about chemists and meth!! Lastly.. also on yesterday, I saw an old friend at CVS who is now a wedding photographer. I asked how he's doing and he said he shot Aaron Paul's wedding and now he and his wife are good friends with Aaron Paul and his wife. I was like "WHAT??? Can I hold your camera for you next time??" gees... I am so obsessed.

I so appreciate a real, conclusive ending to a series. There seems to be a move away from that kind of finale so this was great.

@DillonLion: agreed! They tied up all the loose ends and I wasn't left feeling "now what?!" when it was over. We thought it was absolutely brilliant!
Did anyone watch Talking Bad afterward? I liked seeing everyone talking about the show!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: did Talking Bad mention if Walt's final decisison with what to do with Jesse occurred when he saw him again as a meth slave? I feel and kind of hope that Walt was still struggling somewhat with his relationship with Jesse.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: jimmy kimmel was a guest & he brought that up. Vince Gilligan danced around the answer but I thought he alluded that he purposefully saved Jesse, since Walt was dying of cancer. Vince said it was closure for everyone -- Walt gave the money to Gray Matter (I can't remember their names! Ugh!), essentially saved HIS family, and Jesse.

I am so happy with the ending. I teared! Aaaaaaah, so satisfying to have a series end well!!!!

I also read that Walt's decision to be found, dying in the meth lab, was essentially, his last gift to Jesse. It linked him to cooking his infamous product all along, while clearing Jesse's name.
Satisfying finale. Loved the addition of Badger and Skinny. I only wished Skylar would have embraced Walt one last time, when he came to her house.

I thought the finale was perfect! I loved how Walt died essentially protecting Jesse, and Jesse's departure from the meth lab was so satisfying. It was nice to see Marie kind of back to her old self, I really thought she might kill herself after Hank died!

@deerylou: Ahh that is a good point about Walt dying in the lab. I thought it was just to revisit his *baby blue* but that makes so much sense.
I was really happy with the ending. Very satisfying.

@deerylou: yeah, skyler was cold. She was so done with Walt along time ago though.
@chibee: Marie was back to being Miss Know it all- ahh she plays that well.
Finally, Walt admitted he did all of this for himself. I think there was a lot of truth in that even though we clearly know he loved his family. Walt needed to feel important and have some acknowledgment. He never got the credit at Grey Matters and for the longest Heisenberg was attributed to someone else.

I loved, loved, loved the finale. I've been watching Talking Bad all season and in one episode, Vince Gilligan said he was very happy with how it all ended, so I had trust that it would end with closure and brilliance... And it definitely did.
What an amazing cast and crew. I'll miss Breaking Bad a lot. Looking forward to Saul's spinoff

I enjoyed the finale in the sense that it didn't leave us hanging. But I thought they tied everything up too neatly? I wasn't disappointed, but I was hoping for a little more? I think I just need time to process the loss of Breaking Bad

Late to the party. Finally had the chance to catch up (on 5 episodes) this weekend after a radio show gave away the ending by talking about the newspaper obituary.
