do not worry! mine started shedding at 4 months and now it is starting to go back to its normal rate of shedding (almost 8 months). i think it usually lasts 3-4 months, from what i've read...the good thing is that it grows back!! just keeping remembering that...i got a short bob so that the shedding wasn't as traumatic.

I think it was 9 months pp for me.

Seriously! I was thinking this morning, I could knit a sweater with all that I am shedding.

Mine just stopped falling out a couple of months ago when LO turned 10 months. Hang in there!

Mine started at 3m pp and stopped around 6m pp.

@coacheswife123: Ugh, i hear you! I thought i was shedding a lot earlier, but now it's just getting ridiculous.

I don't know, I'm at 8 months and I'm still shedding quite a bit. Went recently to two different salons for a cut and an updo and I think I totally grossed out the stylists. The second one asked me what happened to the hair around my face (there are little baldy patches that are only really noticeable when you pull all the hair back). UGH.

mine lasted like 8 months- but I was also growing it out so maybe it just felt like more was coming out cause it was longer? Also I did notice thin patches around my face and it was awkward when it grew back out.
