This is not too far from us and they're offering a special price on season passes. Is it something a 1 year old would enjoy?

No, but I used to drive past Parque Plaza Sesamo in Monterrey, Mexico when traveling for work. It looked like so much fun.

I went when I was a kid and it was fun. I would go if I lived closer. I would wait until your baby was older, at the very least 18 mos-2 years. We went to Disneyland a few months after 2 and a half and it was absolutely perfect! You must be excited!

I've heard good things but the price put me off! If they're offering a deal I'd go for it. Especially if you can go during off peak times I think it's worth it.

We went when I was around 7 so my sisters must have been 2 and newborn. My 2 year old sister loved it!

Sea World has their own and LO went today (13 months) and was thrilled to see Elmo! He can't do all the stuff yet though...

Thanks for your thoughts! Maybe we'll wait until next year when he's a little older...

We went when LO was 2 (just before 2) and she loved it! It's small, so a nice size for little ones and they do a good job of setting up the character meets.
There is a special lunch with Elmo ("dance party with Elmo and friends") you can purchase. The food was terrible but LO had a great time dancing with Elmo and friends and getting to meet each one.

Don't know about specific ages but I adored Sesame Place as a kid. I think I was like 2 in the photos I've seen.
