I've always had some major PMS & the older I've gotten the worse it's gotten. (Periods started at 13, I'm now 22.) While I was pregnant, somewhere at the end of the first trimester, my hormones became beautifully level & those were the best 6 months or so of my life & of my relationship with DH. Seriously, I was a person I liked & that didn't get upset about anything, it was a delight. Now at 6 months pp AF has returned & I am a mess. Constantly angry at DH for something, can't let things go, crying, gritting my teeth out of anger, acting hateful & I am so serious when I say I have no control. I pray, practice yoga, listen to soothing music, eat clean, get regular fresh air & exercise & drink plenty of water. Nothing works. I miss the un-muddled person I was during pregnancy. I am desperately in need of suggestions. I really need help guys,. I feel like I'm drowning in a pool of hormones.
