Uh, so, I slipped on a pair of pre-pg jeans this morning AND THEY FIT . . . like, not just could get them on fit, but looked good fit.

My LO strung 3 words together and sang the whole alphabet song (though most letters weren't very clearly articulated). I am super happy that she seems to be developing her language skills well!

My showers are in just 2 and 3 weeks! It's starting to really stress me out that we haven't gotten *anything* for the baby, but we need to wait and see what we get. So I'm excited both because they'll be fun and because I can finally stop stressing that we've done nothing to prepare for this baby, who might be here in just 8 weeks!

I got uber giddy and emotional when my son's face lit up when I walked in the room yesterday. As I talked to him, he smiled and kicked his feet. He's 11 wks. and this was the first time he acted that excited to see me.
