I don't use too many apps. Just twitter and Instagram for social media.

I'm an iPhone junkie with way too many apps on my phone.
A few that I use frequently:
Facebook
IMO: instant messaging
Find Friends: to see where my husband is
Evernote: note taking
Springpad: note taking
Flipboard: graphical way of viewing your news
Pandora: streaming music
Soundhound: music recognition
Kindle
A bunch of games
