My daughter loves to say "I'm hungry!!" over and over again, just before she falls asleep. The first few times we let her eat, and now she thinks she's entitled to a bedtime snack every night. She's doing it right now, and it's driving me crazy!

"I need fresh water, I need my other piggy, I need my horse, I need to pee, I'm hungry" We make sure all of things are complete before we leave so that way there are no excuses.

Usually something to the tune of missing his garbage trucks... He has so many that there always seems to be one missing when he goes to bed

"I go potty!"
Lately, though, he's been singing his lullaby to me. It's short, so I usually sing it through three times, but when he sings it to me he'll try for 4, 5, 6 times. But it's so adorable and I lovd hearing him do it that I'll usually let it go on longer than I really should...I'm a sucker, lol!

She always asks for a book 'just one more time?'
She needs the same four songs sung to her
She throws her 'buddies' out of her crib one by one, then yells 'I need help!' Until someone comes to rescue them.

Her favorite game is I don't want it/nooooo I need it. She insists that we take away something important to her - her doggy (lovey), baby doll, etc., or that we don't put her in her sleep sack. To the point of hysterical tears if we don't comply. Once we do comply, she lets out an evil giggle, and as soon as we leave the room she starts wailing for us to bring it back. At this point, it's easier just to play the game!
She also likes to ask for more water when her cup is clearly full.
Tonight she told me Swiper (from Dora) was coming and she wanted to come in my bed/come upstairs...that seemed like she genuinely was frightened, but she could have been pulling my leg.

"I have to poop"
Either she makes herself poop (if that's possible) or she holds her poop until bedtime just to use that excuse because she always does poop!

When she knows we are about to go into her room for bed, she makes a B line for our room to play. When we are rocking her she plays with our faces and gives us lots of hugs and kisses. That is, all aside from the temper tantrums that come with not wanting to go to sleep.
