It's almost Thanksgiving! I love hearing all the things that happen when families get together. Can we share our crazy or funny stories of the holiday past or present?
I don't have anything good. We came to my mom's house today and will stay a couple nights. My mom gave her dog a bath and then blew dry her fur. DH and I always roll our eyes at what a princess this dog is so I texted him (he was at the store), making fun of it....but actually I sent the text to my mom by accident. Oops!

I can't think of any funny Thanksgiving stories but for Easter one year, my aunt caught the oven on fire, I caught the microwave on fire and then ended up digging through and wrestling my cousin in the mud for the "golden egg". That was one of the last times my entire extended family gathered together and it's a fun memory!

Nothing too crazy, but there was one year where the marshmallows in the sweet potatoes caught on fire in the oven.

In North Carolina with DW's fam. All hilarious people but everything has gone normally so far! We celebrated our son's first birthday last night with everyone and it was so fun to sing to him and watch him open some toys 
He did get a full on Santa suit as a gift. That was kind of crazy! Haha.
